Choro Brewery, nestled in Kyoto's Kyotanabe, crafts artisanal sake using traditional, small-batch methods and rigorous quality standards. Our signature brand is Choro.We're passionate about producing a sake that our community can call its own, using locally sourced ingredients to foster a strong connection between our product and our region. Join our brewmaster for a personal tour and discover the special charm of a small, traditional sake brewery. Additionally, our brewery is one of the few open for tours during the winter brewing season (prior reservation required, Japanese language only).
