Last update

Inami Sake Brewery was founded in 1889 and is located in Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture along an old post road that still retains its historical charm. Miki is renowned for producing Yamadanishiki, a premium rice variety prized for sake brewing. We are also dedicated to the aging process of Japanese sake, and our brewery is known for unique, deep flavors that are deeply rooted in our local community. Our aged sakes, renowned worldwide after winning at top international wine competitions, showcase the best of Japanese sake to an international audience.
