Oimatsu Sake Brewery, a historic sake brewery with 250 years of tradition, is situated in the picturesque Harima area of Sasayama City, Hyogo Prefecture, surrounded by stunning mountains. Historical records indicate that sake brewing has been a tradition in this area for many years. Even now, you can still see remnants of the town's lively sake-brewing past. Visitors can savor fermented food lunches featuring koji, the essential component in sake, at the on-site dining area. Additionally, the brewery shop offers paid sake tastings without the need for reservations.
