Established in 1662, Tatsumahonke Sake Brewery, is a renowned sake brewery situated in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture. Guided by the philosophy that sake is cultivated rather than created, we employ brewing techniques that fully harness the gifts of nature and the vital role of microorganisms. Hakushika is our signature brand and has achieved global recognition through its numerous awards at international competitions. Visitors can learn about the traditional sake-brewing process and the rich history of sake at the sake museum, conveniently situated near the brewery.

Sake Museum. Exhibits include information on how sake is made and other materials. An admission fee is required to enter (no reservations required).

A wide range of Hakushika products. There is also a selection of seasonal limited edition sake and original sake cups for sale, as well as fresh sake and freshly pressed unblended sake sold by weight.
