Asahi Brewery, founded in 1875, crafts local sake using the pristine waters of central Mie Prefecture in the historic Ise region that is rich in lush natural surroundings and has ties to the Ise Grand Shrine. Committed to preserving traditional sake brewing techniques, we also embrace innovation by collaborating with universities and local farmers to create exceptional sake. Inspired by the ancient rituals and ceremonies deeply intertwined with sake, we aim to preserve Japanese culture through our brewing.
