Takijiman Sake Brewery

Takijiman Sake Brewery

Last update

Takijiman Brewery is located in the Iga Basin, surrounded by mountains, at the border between Mie Prefecture and Nara Prefecture. Famous for its Iga ninjas, this region is blessed with abundant nature and is home to the stunning Akame 48 Falls National Park. At Takijiman, their unique approach to sake brewing involves meticulous attention to detail, made possible by the small scale of the brewery. Rather than making sake for everyone to try once, we focus on creating sake that people will want to drink again and again. Together with our community, we continue to brew sake that will stand the test of time.
