Established in 1832, Hakurei Sake Brewery is located in Miyazu City, Kyoto Prefecture, nestled between Mount Yuragatake and Sea of Japan in the Kyotango region. The extremely soft water used for brewing is drawn from a waterfall in the mountains behind the brewery, which is also a local energy spot. Hakurei produces a wide range of products, from dry to sweet sake, so that everyone can find a flavor to enjoy. Committed to serving our community, we offer brewery tours and tasting experiences by appointment only.
