Soft and warm Matsusaka Momen fabric.
The simple indigo-dyed border design is calm and timeless.
The fabric comes from the Goji district, where "Kamumiso," the sacred clothing of the gods at Ise Shrine, has been woven for generations. The fabric used here is "Goji weaving," a special variety of Matsusaka Momen produced in this region, carefully crafted into a Goshuincho (temple stamps book) in Ise.
A Goshuincho made with historically significant Matsusaka Momen fabric, perfect as a companion for your travels.
