Located a short distance from the ruins of Fukui Castle, this kaiseki restaurant strives to showcase the very best that the area has to offer. Boasting clean and sophisticated decor, its casual kappo style counter offers the chance to watch the chef at work as he prepares each individual dish.
These are served in omakase (chef’s choice) fashion, with the chef hand-selecting the freshest ingredients each day. Although the dishes can change week to week, the course menus typically include a plethora of the region’s seafood delicacies, handmade soba noodles, and high-grade wagyu beef.
For those visiting with larger groups, tables and private rooms are available.
