Hinakaya is renowned as an excellent Mie restaurant. At Gensaka Sake Brewing, which revived the legendary sake rice known as "Isenishiki," you can hear directly from the 7th generation about their dedication to and characteristics of local sake brewing. You will also have the opportunity to tour the sake brewery and the environment where the sake rice is cultivated, as well as participate in a tasting. Following the brewery tour, visit Hinakaya, where you will appreciate the lovely traditional rural landscape and the ambiance of a Japanese-style house.
