Make! Eat! Enjoy! Make your own Maizuru Kamaboko (minced and steamed fish)
Make your own Maizuru Kamaboko (minced and steamed fish) at the Maizuru Kamaboko Workshop, the first such facility in Maizuru. Maizuru Kamaboko is made with the highest-quality minced fish mashed into a paste. Its popular tender texture is the result of a unique double-steaming process. Along with piping hot hiraten kamaboko tempura and freshly cooked chikuwa fish paste, participants can try making their own Maizuru dish by hand. Why not try making some delicious kamaboko (minced and steamed fish) in your own style?
