The Honjo area is connected to one Japan's oldest legends, the legend of Urashima Taro. Depart from Honjohama Beach, called the "Beach of the Spirit World" in legend, and enjoy the view of the Sea of Japan's distinctive ria coast from the ocean side. See all sorts of caves and a waterfall flowing from a precipitous cliff, incredible scenery that can only be seen from the sea. Uses sit-on-top kayaks.
