Enjoying Ama Butler’s Service and Shima’s Seafood on a Private Beach
Traditional "Ama" divers from the Shima region serve as "Ama Butlers" (guides) for this activity in which participants head out to collect their own ingredients and gather seafood (using fishing baskets) together with the Ama divers. After seafood gathering, we will travel to a private beach to enjoy original dishes from a first-rate chef and local Shima ingredients prepared right before your eyes. This is a premium-class activity featuring a holiday rental property, a private beach, dedicated staff working exclusively for the customer, and full of wonderful hospitality provided by traditional Ama divers and a first-rate chef.
