This plan in Nagahama, a key arena in the Sengoku (Warring States) era, invites you to don authentic armor and see the world through the eyes of a feudal warlord. No discussion of Japan's Sengoku period is complete without mention of Nagahama in Shiga Prefecture, which is known as a hallowed ground from that era. One of the most famous battles is the Battle of Shizugatake, where Hashiba Hideyoshi (later known as Toyotomi Hideyoshi) fought Shibata Katsuie. The soldiers who fought with distinction on Hideyoshi's side became known as "The Seven Spears of Shizugatake." In this plan, you can don the armor of the Seven Spears and see the world through the eyes of a warlord. Plan A offers a photo opportunity either inside the keep of Nagahama Castle, where Hideyoshi rose to power, or with the castle as a backdrop. (Duration: Around 1 hour Photos to be taken by guests themselves) In Plan B, you stroll through Nagahama with an English-speaking guide while wearing armor. (Duration: Around 3 hours) Plan C includes an expert's explanation and fitting of armor, followed by a stroll around Nagahama with an English-speaking guide. You will also be given a bottle holder souvenir that matches perfectly with the suit of armor. (Duration: Around 3 hours) *For all plans, the time needed to fit armor may vary depending on the number of participants.
