Handmade sausage experience at a traditional wooden house in Asuka Village
This is a hands-on experience making sausages at a traditional wooden house in Asuka Village, Nara Prefecture. You will knead the minced meat, stuff it into casings using a special tool, and shape the sausages. As well as taking home the sausages you made, you can also taste some at the workshop. You can make about 12 to 15 non-smoked sausages from 400 g of ground pork.
