Since ancient times, Ise has been called "Umashi Kuni" or the beautiful country. We opened Ise Umashikuni Winery in November 2022 to create a wine that matched the wonderful food cultivated in this beautiful natural environment. In this program, enjoy an aperitif while listening to a sommelier's explanation and taking in a view of the winery at Wineshop Yuniwa. Tour the winery while hearing an explanation from the winery staff (or a sommelier). "Ise Fukutatei" is an affiliate of "Kitashinchi Fukutatei," which earned 6 consecutive Michelin stars and is the only Japanese establishment listed in "The 11 Best Steakhouses in the World" by Robb Report, a magazine for an affluent readership. At this restaurant, you will enjoy the "Ultimate Ise meat, oven grilled steak course" and "wine pairing." The ingredients and our wine are not the only goods produced locally—the building, tableware, cutlery and works of art are the work of Ise artisans.
