Rainbow Line Summit Park

A scenic spot representing Wakasa Bay Quasi-National Park, which was registered under the Ramsar Convention in November 2005. Head up the Mikata Five Lakes Rainbow Line prefectural route, then take the cable lift from the first parking lot even further up. At the top you will find the Rainbow Line Summit Park. From its 5 terraces, enjoy a 360-degree view of the Mikata Five Lakes, Wakasa Bay and the skies above. Enjoy a view that changes with the seasons, a charming foot bath and dining at a cafe and restaurant.
