Making ”MY SEIKO-DON” served in Echizen-ware

The town of Echizen is famous for Echizen Gani snow crabs. Prepare a whole, locally caught seiko-gani (female snow crab) and serve it in an Echizen-ware bowl with rice produced in Fukui Prefecture, to make a dish called seiko-don.
