Add whatever seasonings and ingredients you want to your canned creation, on top of the base recipe of Awaji Island onions, the only fixed ingredient! Experience crafting a one-of-a-kind canned soup. Put any ingredients you bought on Awaji Island into the can (fish, meat, vegetables or whatever you like). Then, you can do the whole process yourself, from tightening the lid, to sterilization, to putting a label you drew on it. Great as a souvenir; Good as an interior decoration after you eat it.

Experience begins, change and receive an explanation of the canning process;
prepare onions (after hand washing them, peeling and cutting);
Cooking (sautéing the onion and making a soup);
Fill cans with soup and whole onions (seasoning and additional toppings);
seal cans;
start high-temperature sterilization in a sterilization pot (*around 100 minutes until sterilization is complete);
