With a history of around 700 years, Myohoji is one of Senshu's oldest temples. Now you can have an experience to remember there with a morning of chanting and practicing yoga. You can reserve the whole place as a group, so you can relax and enjoy your time. We look forward to your visit.

- Schedule: 7:50 a.m. Meet up at Myohoji Temple. 8:00 a.m.: Talk about the temple and sutra reading. 8:20 a.m.: Yoga (70 minutes). 9:40 a.m.: Breakfast of porridge and tea. Around 10:30 a.m.: End. We can adjust the times between 7:50 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. as needed. *Breakfast of porridge and tea is provided courtesy of Myohoji Temple.
