- Tour Schedule
- Gathering and reception: Please arrive at the Port of Obiki 10 minutes before your booking time. (The start time can be adjusted for train schedules or other reasons. Please ask us about it in advance.) We will explain the fish for cooking (usually mackerel and yellowtail). After showing how to use the knife and cut the fish, you will get a hands-on experience preparing the food.
