Barazushi is a traditional staple of the Tango region. One of its main features is the use of oboro minced mackerel. Oboro is a paste made by mortaring, seasoning and roasting raw fish over a fire. Find yourself craving more of its elegant, sweet and savory taste! Barazushi is must for celebrations in the Tango region. It is variety of pressed sushi made by filling a mold with sushi rice, putting oboro, fried eggs or other ingredients on top of the rice, and pressing them together. Experience making barazushi in a casual setting with all the ingredients provided for you. People of all ages can enjoy the experience. Make a reservation that suits your itinerary. The experience is held throughout the year. If you are vegetarian, ask about our vegetarian options when you make your reservation. Choose from an 11:00 a.m. start time or a 12:00 p.m. start time. If you prefer another time, please inquire using the request section of the reservation form. (Reservations accepted 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.) There is a free shuttle bus. There is a free shuttle bus running between KTR Tango-Omiya Station and the hotel (around 5 minutes). Apply using the request section when you make a reservation.
