At Manryo cooking class, you can make popular Japanese dishes from scratch. Have you ever made Udon noodles from dough? Here, everyone can enjoy making udon noodles and dashi soup stock from scratch. Menu: Make Udon, Dashi(Broth), Dashimaki-Tamago(Japanese rolled Omelet), Oshi-Zushi(Pressed Sushi) and Matta Sweets. You can also taste beer, Kyoto-only craft beer, and liquor during a lesson. The lounge offers complimentary coffee and tea.
