Akanishi National Forest: a beautiful grove selected for Hyogo's top 50 woodlands. This certified therapeutic route is soothing for mind and body, and participants will follow it with their guides on power-assist bicycles as it runs alongside a picturesque stream. The power assist feature of the cycles makes this a fun and approachable challenge even for those without much endurance. After a satisfying experience of the Akanishi mountain stream, stop for a soft-serve apple ice cream from the nearby apple orchard and take in Harafudo Falls and other natural beauty of the Shiso area on this physically active experience course.
