Baumkuchen making
Cut bamboo and slow cook baumkuchen over a charcoal fire. Use a saw to cut down bamboo and make rods, then make air holes in them. You prepare the bamboo, starting from step 1. The fun is finding out whether the cake will shape up well! Once you finish making the rods, the last preparation step is making a crust. The two people who hold the bamboo rods work together with the person who winds the crust over them. The result depends on your teamwork! It's a fascinating treat that can vary in texture and flavor even with the same ingredients. The activity is recommended for friends and groups of colleagues as well as families. Participants can also interact with the goats and chickens in charge of mowing the grounds. The goats will happily eat any leaves from the bamboo participants cut down. This is an environmental conservation program that also helps maintain the bamboo grove. -Program details and locations subject to change in the event of rain.
