Osaka Senshu Paulownia Wardrobes boast 300 years of tradition, and are among the highest quality of paulownia wardrobes available. This tour offers visitors a chance to enjoy a tour of the Tanaka Furniture Factory Paulownia Wardrobe Workshop that upholds these traditions, as well as visit the showroom. Production begins with the purchasing of raw paulownia logs, which are then dried for production. Participants can observe the following steps as the paulownia wood is processed, assembled and treated. Spend some time enjoying this rare chance to see artisans work up close, then transit to Hatsune, the wardrobe showroom, by car. The showroom boasts small wardrobes and paulownia pot covers and cutting boards, as well as original accessories and other items to compliment the full-sized wardrobes. Paulownia is not a familiar wood outside Japan, but our paulownia wardrobes are made and explained in detail here by specialist staff members who know the material. Feel free to shop without another worry once you get here.
