GOJOSHUZO “Goshin” sake/liqueur, “Anou” sake
Gojo City, located on the border of Nara and Osaka Prefectures, along the Kongo mountain range, brews rich and aromatic sake using the clear water from the underground streams of the Kongo mountain range and its own well, leveraging the traditional craftsmanship and carrying out small-scale production with meticulous attention to detail. Participants will have the opportunity to tour the sake brewery and visit the Kochuan tea room, adorned with sake barrels from the Taisho era. Tastings of sake and liqueurs made from locally contracted cultivated rice provided by farmers are also offered.
