Minimum Number of Passengers: There is a minimum number of participants required. Subject to consultation.
Maximum Capacity: 15 participants per session
Meeting and Exchange Areas: Shigaraki Industrial Exhibition Hall, inside the Shigaraki Ceramic Cultural Park

Open Period: Closed on certain days
Closed Period: Every Monday (If Monday is a public holiday, it will be closed the following day)
Meeting Times and Business Hours: Individually by activity.
Required Time: 1 to 4 hours (varies by project)
Provision of Meals: Meals are not provided
Open to meal requests: No meals provided during the event but there is a restaurant in the facility. Separately available for reservation.
Universal accessibility: Wheelchair parking space available
Parking: Parking available for around 250 standard-sized vehicles and 10 buses
