A sake pairing dinner featuring a collaboration of Western dishes and Japanese sake by Italian restaurant ERUTAN. Since its opening in 2019, ERUTAN has been offering cuisine with a sustainable perspective, focusing on local production and consumption, as well as addressing food loss issues. This special pairing dinner combines a nutritionally rich and healthy Italian dinner course featuring locally sourced vegetables with sake from eight sake breweries in Fushimi.
