■Handmade confectionery experience at a longstanding Ise Japanese confectionery established before WWII. ■First, a brief course on the history and key points about Japanese confections, and an up-close tour of artisans at work. ■Next, guests make 2 confectionery items using pre-prepared "an" sweet red bean paste. ■Participants may keep the confections made along with the engraved dishes made with large Jingu cedar from Mie prefecture. ■Participants are also free to purchase our renowned confectionery items separately. ■Easy access, just a 5-minute walk from Iseshi Station.
