Botefuku
This okonomiyaki restaurant has been in business for nearly half a century since 1977 and is well-loved by the local community.
The restaurant serves okonomiyaki made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients in the "Maze-yaki" style, in which the batter and all the ingredients are mixed before baking.
The best item on the menu is the "Botefuku Tokusei-yaki," which has been popular since the establishment of the restaurant.
It is a hearty dish that includes two prawns with their heads attached, scallops, squid, and pork.
The homemade mayonnaise that is poured over the top enhances the flavor of the dish.
Another recommendation is the "Gyu-suji Negiyaki", which is beef tendon stewed in Hatcho Miso and baked with green onion batter clipped on the side.
You can choose between sauce or special soy-based sauce.
Each table is equipped with a teppan (iron plate), so you can enjoy the hot food for as long as you like.
You can also grill your own food, so be sure to try it for a memorable experience.
