A long-established okonomiyaki and negiyaki restaurant established in 1960.
The okonomiyaki, negiyaki, and yakisoba menu alone offers more than 30 varieties, so there is enough variety to keep your eyes glued to the menu.
Some of the dishes include cheese and udon noodles. The okonomiyaki is cooked slowly over low to high heat, which brings out the sweetness of the cabbage and gives it a fluffy texture.
The teppan menu also includes a wide variety of dishes such as salted squid and scallop skewers, so you can enjoy as many different kinds of food as your stomach will allow.
The original grilled leeks and Daibutsu-yaki are also specialties. It is so large that it covers the entire iron plate and is characterized by the word "Daibutsu" written in mayonnaise.
Although large in size, it is cooked thinly, so you can eat it up easily.
The restaurant is located near Kofukuji Temple, Sarusawa Pond, and other tourist attractions in Nara, making it an easy stopover.
The sweetness of the leek and the fluffy texture of this dish are irresistible!
