Higashi Bon Odori
Kaizuka-no Higashi Bon Odori
Higashi Bon Odori, a Bon Festival Dance, is said to be originated in the Buddhistic ceremony, Ho-onko, which started at Enkoji Temple in the middle of Edo era (around 1540 A.D.). The music for the dance has slow rhythm with simple triple time.
