Hanagasa (flower hat) Dance is a Buddhist dance and also a type of Furyu-odori dance offered to the deity at Shikobuchi Jinja in Kuta, Sakyo Ward, Kyoto City. Ten or more young men with flower hats chant while dancing to Taiko drums and gongs.
