On the second floor, you can learn about the culture of the fishermen in the Kasumi community that developed with a close connection to the sea. In addition to insights about the history of the domestic trade ships from the samurai era, traditional fishing gear, and how to fish for crab and squid, you'll find taxidermy mounts of marine life that inhabits the Sea of Japan.
