【Description】
A keyhole-shaped burial mound called a "kofun" sits on a hill behind Hie Shrine. The artifacts unearthed here date back over 1,000 years, which was late in the period when building such tumuli was common practice. This burial mound served as the tumulus for a prominent local leader.
