Yunohana Onsen is a hot spring town located in the quiet mountains of Kyoto. It is an ancient town where warriors from Japan’s Warring States period are said to have come to heal their sword wounds. The hot springs are rich in radium, and are thought to help with neuralgia, muscular aches, fatigue, and more. The streets are lined with ryokan where visitors can delight in seasonal tastes.
