San’in Kaigan National Park Tottori Sand Dunes Visitor Center

It was opened in October 2018 as one of the sightseeing bases in Tottori sand dunes.
In this facility, there are exhibitions about the sand dunes history, plants and animals.
The guide demonstrates how wind ripples are made through the equipment the only one of its kind in the world. You’ll see the overwhelmingly powerful scenery of sand dunes at the semi-circle dome theater named “SUNAKURA”. We also conduct guided tour inside the center and sand dunes on-site.
