Discover the brewing processes of sake, umeshu (plum wine), and plum syrup - Nakano BC
On brewery tours of Nakano BC, visitors are introduced to the processes that go into producing sake and umeshu, and invited to stroll around the brewery's nearly 10,000 square meter Japanese garden. Moreover, visitors can also take part in a workshop (separate fee required) to try their hand at making the plum wine and syrup using huge plums typical of an umeshu manufacturer.
