Kannabe Lava Flow Trek

Mt. Kannabe, which sits on the Kannabe Kogen Highland, is the youngest volcano in the Kinki region. When the lava flowed in an eruption around 25,000 years ago, it hardened to form a lava dome. This trek will give you a full-body workout. Along the 1.6 km course, you'll walk behind a waterfall and use your whole body to get past the thrilling rock surfaces there. Routes range from beginner to intermediate, so you can take the one that suits you.
