Kobe's ever-lively Chinatown, also known as Nankin-machi, stretches around 270 meters east-to-west, and 110 meters north-to-south, and is home to more than 100 restaurants and variety stores. As soon as visitors step into the splendid Choan Gate on the east side of Nankin-machi, they are met with an array of appetizing, delicious aromas. The area is full of authentic Chinese cuisine, fast food, and ingredients.
