Art museum for Japanese art, specialized in Rimpa art, is here on the hillside of Yoshida-yama, east of Kyoto, near Ginkaku-ji temple. 6 art exhibitions are held at the meuseum each year. About 40 to 50 masterpieces are exhibited each period, so the size is small, but contents are worth to see.
