Shirawara Coast

The coast here is lined with beaches of granite pebbles and quartz sand. Sights include Natanejima Island, one of the five Natane Islands, as well as sea caves eroded by the ocean. The area is a marine park.
[Access] Approx. 12 min. on the Iwami Choei Bus toward Tajiri from Iwami Station on the JR San'in Main Line, and an approx. 15 min. walk from the Tajiri bus stop
