Takamatsuzuka Tumulus
This round tumulus is around five meters high, with a lower layer measuring 23 meters in diameter, and an upper layer measuring 18 meters in diameter. The murals inside the burial mound are of Genbu (Black Turtle), Seiryu (Blue Dragon), Byakko (White Tiger), and groups of men and women. On the ceiling is a painting of a star constellation. Although visitors can't see the inside of the burial mound, the adjoining Takamatsuzuka Mural Museum showcases colorful reproductions and models of the murals.
