This cultural tourist facility teaches visitors about the history and culture of Sakai through exhibits related to Sen no Rikyu and Yosano Akiko, both of whom were born in the city. Visitors can also enjoy a casual cup of Sakai matcha tea and some Japanese confectioneries in a seated area.
