A corridor style lobby that that allows a 360 degree panoramic view to be enjoyed from 80m above the ground. From this popular tourist spot the historically rich city of Sakai spreads out beneath your eyes, including the stunning Nintoku-Tenno-Ryo Tumulus, while in the distance you can see Mt. Rokko, Abeno Harukas, Mt. Ikoma and Mt. Kongo.

The top floor of the City Hall, at 80m above the ground, features a corridor style lobby from which you can enjoy a 360 degree panoramic view. The historically rich city of Sakai spreads out beneath your eyes, including the stunning Nintoku-Tenno-Ryo Tumulus (Daisen Tumulus), while in the distance you can see Mt. Rokko, Abeno Harukas, Mt. Ikoma and Mt. Kongo. There is also a cafe where you can relax and have a drink.
